Modified gravity and Cosmology

Abstract
Multiple observations indicate that around 95% of the Universe content corresponds to unknown sectors, collectively called “dark energy” (around 70%) and “dark matter” (around 25%). We review various models of modified gravity that attempt to explain the accelerated expansion of the universe. Finally, we present the possibility of using matter perturbations, namely growth data in order to test General Relativity on extragalactic scales.
