Undergraduate students and students of the "Màster en astrofísica, física de partícules i cosmologia" visit Calar Alto Observatory

Undergraduate students and students of the "Màster en astrofísica, física de partícules i cosmologia" visit the Calar Alto German-Spanish Observatory in Almería (Spain) the 25 and 26 of April.

During the stay, the students conducted astrometric, photometric and spectroscopic observations with the CAFOS instrument at the 2.2 m telescope. The observational program was chosen by the own students in groups of four both in terms of scientific interest and in terms of technical aspects. The stay was complemented by a full visit of all the domes and telescopes.
