Paolo Padoan joins ICCUB as ICREA professor
Paolo Padoan (Vicenza, Italy, 1968) has joined the ICCUB as an ICREA profesor starting September 2009. Dr. Padoan did his Ph D at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen and later held postdoctoral positions in INOAE (Puebla), Harvard and at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory at CALTECH. Before accepting the ICREA position, Dr. Padoan was Associate professor at the University of California at San Diego.
Dr. Padoan is a well known expert in inter-stellar medium and star formation.
