It has been claimed that any regular bounce model should lead to a shear instability which would balance even a long ekpyrotic contraction phase: this is the basis for the cyclic scenario to demand a singular bounce. Implementing a bouncing phase by means of a Galilean-type Lagrangian however, permits to avoid any kind of singularity while keeping the anisotropies to a very small level all along the evolution of the Universe. This work will therefore present the first fully consistent non inflationary model; it will remain to test it against perturbation data!
