Localization is a non-perturbative method to exactly compute path integrals in supersymmetric theories. I will discuss the large-N limit of localization and its use in testing holographic duality, concentrating on a non-conformal setting of N=2* theory, a massive deformation of N=4 super-Yang-Mills.
