I will review how the spectroscopic galaxy surveys BOSS and eBOSS extract cosmology information by measuring the BAO and RSD signals, and what we can learn about cosmology from them. When the spectroscopic galaxy data is combined with other existing datasets, such as CMB and SNe observations, we can break parameter-degeneracies and put tight constraints in models of Dark Energy, flatness, H0 and the sum of neutrino masses.
