The DEEP2 survey of 50,000 galaxies at .7<z<1.4 is now completed (and online) and has provided a very powerful database to study the evolution of large-scale structure in the Universe and the internal structure of galaxies. I will summarize some of the key results from the survey, including a very surprising study of binary AGNs. This purely serendipitous finding has caught our attention and I will describe the data which led us to begin investigating evidence, in the DEEP2 catalog, for binary AGNs in elliptical galaxies. At z~.8 this evidence is surprisingly strong and has implications for the time to merge Supermassive BHs, a time scale otherwise very difficult to estimate.
