Non standard supersymmetric models with Dirac gauginos have gained attention in the last years because of their enhanced naturalness properties with respect to the MSSM. Moreover, they are compatible with a continuous R-symmetry, which has beneficial effects both on collider and flavor bounds. In this talk I will analyse how R-symmetric models with Dirac gauginos can accommodate the observed Higgs boson mass, as well as the tuning needed to accomplish this.
