Abstract: We show how by evaluating the conformal gravity action on codimension-2 conically singular manifolds, one can obtain finite energy functionals in AdS gravity, such as Reduced Hawking mass, Willmore energy or Renormalized area. Applications of this idea to Gauge/gravity duality and Holographic Entanglement Entropy are discussed.
