Abstract: In the first part of the talk, I will briefly review how inflation generates large-scale cosmological perturbations by focusing on the effective field theory method. In the second part, I will discuss the possibility of generating stochastic gravitational waves and dark matter from small-scale cosmological perturbations. In particular, I will present an inflationary model in which stochastic gravitational waves produce from enhanced tensor modes of a spin-two field.
