In the framework of the International Day of Woman and Girls in Science, we have developed a photographic project of Woman, Girls & Science. During this week we will introduce you to four of our ICCUB researchers; Anna Ferré-Mateu, Mercè Romero, Assumpta Parreño and Licia Verde, working in the fields of astronomy, cosmology and nuclear and particle physics. They spent a day with young girls, showing them their daily research, projects and scientific interests.

The International Day of Woman and Girls in Science was decided by the General Assembly of the United Nations. The day recognizes the critical role women and girls play in science and technology.
