I am a predoctoral researcher at the Institute of Cosmos Sciences of the University of Barcelona (ICCUB). Originally from Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, I moved to Barcelona to pursue my research career. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Barcelona (UB) in 2020, followed by a Master's in Astrophysics, Particle Physics, and Cosmology at UB. In 2021, I was awarded a FPI Fellowship from the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation to conduct my PhD at ICCUB. My research focuses on the search for high-energy binary systems through massive runaway stars, under the supervision of Dr. Marc Ribó and Dr. Josep M. Paredes. My primary interests lie in massive stars, runaway stars, binary systems, and high-energy astrophysics. I am also a member of the MAGIC Collaboration, where I lead the Microquasars observation proposal and conduct observations with the MAGIC Telescopes at the Roque de los Muchachos Observatory. Additionally, I am actively involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and serve on the DEI commission at ICCUB.
